Job Description:
Adecco is assisting a Commercial Development and Management
client in recruiting for an Executive/Personal Assistant to the
Chairman in Middleburg, VA. This is a temporary-hire opportunity,
in a small office setting. As an Executive/Personal Assistant, the
candidate will perform a wide range of administrative and executive
support related tasks. Candidate must be exceedingly
well-organized, work well under pressure, be proactive, and

Responsibilities for this Executive/Personal Assistant include:
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone
systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing,
database management, and other applications
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for
records, correspondence, and other material
• Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take
messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
• Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence
requiring replies
• Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them
to the appropriate person based on their needs
• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other
materials and answer routine letters
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
• Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and
grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and
recommend revisions as needed
• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine
correspondence, and reports
• Handle personal, as well as, business tasks for the Chairman of
the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor?s Degree Preferred
• 5 Years of Experience supporting at the executive level
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Prefer support experience from professional services, accounting,
or legal environment.
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision making abilities
• Detail-oriented
• Exceptional organizational skills
Pay for this position is $30-35/hr plus overtime as needed. This is
a temporary to hire opportunity.
