Job Description:

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer responsible for managing and resolving application and infrastructure issues in customer-hosted environments.



Key Responsibilities

Triage and prioritize customer-reported issues for timely resolution
Perform in-depth troubleshooting on application issues and collect logs for escalation
Collaborate with customers, developers, and site reliability engineers to resolve technical issues


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with enterprise applications and microservice architecture
Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
Commitment to continuous self-improvement and customer service
Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds
