Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Platform Engineering Manager to
lead a team focused on enhancing digital experiences through
platform engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve developer
experience and infrastructure
Lead and mentor a diverse team in areas such as AWS Infrastructure,
CI/CD pipelines, and software architecture
Implement security programs in collaboration with the Principal
Information Security Specialist
Required Qualifications
12 years of overall experience with 5 years in management in
platform engineering or DevOps
Comprehensive understanding of platform engineering concepts,
including software delivery pipelines
Direct experience with Kubernetes, CDK, CloudFormation, and
programming languages like Ruby and Python
Experience with SaaS software architecture and distributed
application design patterns
A degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, or equivalent
professional experience
