The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and appointments, managing emails and correspondence, and maintaining files and documents
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, and prepare expense reports
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments within the company
• Provide support for company events and meetings
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• Assist in special projects as needed, including research and data analysis
• Monitor and manage the executive team's calendars and ensure that deadlines are metQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a technology-focused industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
