Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and improvement of the company-wide new employee onboarding program
Develop training curriculums and drive leadership development initiatives across the organization
Create measurement tools to assess program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HR program management or leadership development
