Washington Maritime Blue is seeking a Maritime Decarbonization Senior Program Manager to lead innovative projects in sustainable maritime fuels and decarbonization. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 plus comprehensive benefits and requires residence in Washington State, with a hybrid work option in Seattle, WA.About Washington Maritime Blue:Washington Maritime Blue drives ocean-based innovation in the Pacific Northwest through a unique alliance that brings together industry, government, academia, and communities. Our work focuses on creating sustainable ocean industries and a thriving Blue Economy, with initiatives like the Joint Innovation Program (JIP) and the Sustainable Maritime Fuels Collaborative advancing solutions in renewable energy, digital transformation, and environmental health.Role Overview:The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with the Joint Innovation Program Director to lead the development and implementation of maritime decarbonization projects, supporting the Sustainable Maritime Fuels Collaborative and other initiatives. Responsibilities include:

Project management
Stakeholder facilitation
Strategic planning
Fundraising
Grant writing
