Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Manager of Payments to
enhance the payments experience for nonprofit customers and drive
payments revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive payments strategy to increase
online donation software attach rates
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to inform
the product roadmap
Identify, negotiate, and manage agreements with payment providers
to optimize transaction rates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or a related role,
preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of online payment processing and the nonprofit
fundraising ecosystem
Experience negotiating agreements with payment providers
Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams in a dynamic
environment
