Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Case Management Job
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day - 8x5, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Guaranteed
Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: 2 years inpatient discharge
planning License: RN Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience in a
large Level I, fast-paced hospital Job Description: - Participate
in orientation on designated dates. - Manage a caseload of
approximately 25-30 cases per day. - Provide inpatient discharge
planning and care coordination. - Float to different units as
required. - Work two weekend shifts per month and one holiday per
contract. - Utilize the Epic Case Management Module for all
case-related documentation. - Dress in business casual with a white
lab coat or royal blue scrubs. - Collaborate with an onsite
hospitalist or intensivist available 24/7. - Access to onsite
pharmacy and respiratory therapy 24/7. - Follow shift expectations
of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
