A company is looking for a Director of Support Operations & Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Support Operations teams
Utilize metrics to manage support teams and automation systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience managing Support Operations teams
Automation experience required
3+ years of experience with ZenDesk or similar ticketing platforms
Experience in scaling a fast-growing SaaS business
