Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to manage all
financial-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Set financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance with
internal controls
Develop annual budgets and forecasts while reporting financial
strength to stakeholders
Manage relationships with external finance service providers and
coordinate audits
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance,
preferably in the technology industry
2+ years of experience leading the finance function of an
organization
Thorough knowledge of SaaS accounting standards
CPA strongly preferred
BS in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
