all aspects of our business. What We Are Seeking We are seeking a
full-time Personal Lines Account Manager who has great customer
service skills, a positive attitude, thinks outside the box, and
strives to become a trusted source for our clients. Customer
Service is very important to our agency as we have built a strong
reputation in our area. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated,
have Personal Lines insurance experience, understand companies'
portal systems and have management system skills. Will consider
captive agency experience. Job Responsibilities Learn the $2.5M+
book of business from the Senior Account Manager. Review client
policies, renewal cycles, and coverage needs to provide proactive
service. Review renewals, assess coverage needs, and recommend
policy adjustments to ensure optimal protection. Build rapport and
relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer
service through direct, responsive communication via phone and
email. Gather client details, obtain quotes, and present
competitive coverage options. Assist clients with claims reporting,
follow-ups and carrier communication. Identify and offer additional
coverage to enhance client protection. Manage policy changes,
submit requests, and confirm updates with clients. Update and
maintain all client details in AMS360 (agency management system) to
ensure the information is accurate and current. Minimum
Requirements High School Diploma (or Equivalent) License: Property
& Casualty ( MD ) Preferred Skills Bachelor's Degree; Some College;
No Degree Management System: AMS360 - willing to train Computer
