Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant -
Government to manage the installation of retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the installation of standard/non-complex retirement plans as
the primary contact during the conversion process
Conduct weekly conference calls with various stakeholders to manage
project timelines and outstanding items
Coordinate the integration of payroll files and facilitate the
transfer of plan assets and records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
1 - 2 years of experience in implementation/plan conversion or
retirement plan operations
Proficient knowledge of IRS codes related to retirement plans
(401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b))
Understanding of IRS/DOL reporting and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of plan document requirements
