Apply principles of change and project management to implement new clinical practices, equipment, and processes. Conduct initial and ongoing clinical coaching and on-the-job training to achieve optimal outcomes in quality/safety, cost, service, and retention. Participates in the delivery of training for the standard onboarding pathway and provides supplemental training or resources for Retail Health onboarding needs. Able to adapt and flex to dynamic clinical environments and to the needs of learners and clinical management. Plan, do, check, and adjust education items in collaboration with specialty team members and clinical management to ensure learning occurs.Requirements

• Three (3) years combined experience in functional specialty and education/precepting/training preferred, or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current WA State MA-C or LPN license preferred for clinical trainers.
• Current WA State ARRT license preferred for x-ray trainers.
• Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state.
• Teaching experience preferred.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $75,941.00 - $109,262.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
