Heritage Nursing & Rehabilitation - RN MDS Coordinator

• A current and valid Texas RN nursing license or valid RN license from a Compact Party State.
• Familiar with Reimbursement system of Medicare, Medicaid & Case Management -
• Preferred Skilled Nursing Facility Experience as an MDS Nurse -
