There is paid "downtime" in the middle of the day to make call backs and strengthen the veterinarian-human bond. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong communication skills, a compassionate bedside manner, and a genuine love for animals. We respect your talent and allow you to practice medicine your way. A less experienced candidate can expect to gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. They will have the opportunity to further develop their skills and knowledge through ongoing training and mentorship.
