• Casual position availableIf you're an enthusiastic person with experience, come join & lead our friendly team at East Fremantle Community Park.The RoleWe are on the hunt for a hands-on kitchen whizz, that is passionate about creating and providing our patrons with beautiful food, from a well-organised kitchen.Reporting to our Food and Beverage Manager, our Food and Beverage Supervisor needs to have the highest level of customer service skills. A focus on Safe Food Handling and demonstrated knowledge around the Food Standards Code, Food Act 2006 will be highly regarded.The primary responsibility of our Food and Beverage Supervisor is to deliver first-class service to our patrons ensuring the kiosk operates effectively and efficiently.Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Direct the daily activities of food and beverage staff, reporting updates and challenges to the F&B Duty Manager.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Duty Manager to establish and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring staff adherence to operational standards.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, promptly addressing guest concerns and communicating feedback to the Duty Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Duty Manager to implement improvements based on guest feedback and enhance overall dining experiences.
  • Work closely with the Duty Manager to coordinate activities with kitchen and service teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.Skills & Attributes:

    • Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
