• Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products
• Follow recipes and proper cooking techniques to ensure we are consistently showcasing our high standards and giving our guests meals they can't find elsewhere
• Share your knowledge and passion for food while educating customers and employees. Effectively multitask and balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner with the highest standards of quality maintained - - -

  • 2 or more years' experience working as a prep and/or line cook
  • Experience leading a team
  • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products and services
  • Knife skillsPreferred Qualifications
    • 2 or more years' experience making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine
    • Highly proficient with cutting and working with whole fish
