DescriptionThe Shift Leader ensures proper shift flow without the
direct interaction of the General Manager. The Shift Leader is the
second in command after management and is considered a back-up
manager in case of emergency. The Shift Leader supervises the shift
from start to finish, ensuring that the team is upholding Roti's
high hospitality service and operational standards. The Shift
Leader has a solid understanding of the staff's strengths and
weaknesses and is capable of establishing solid working
relationships with the teammates. The Shift Leader is the leader of
the staff and acts as the connection between the co-workers and

week.

Additionally, ensures restaurant equipment is properly maintained
and safely operated.
- Ensures compliance with Health, Fire, Labor Department, and
local municipalities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure the

- Must have a positive attitude and ethics that support Roti's

- Must have excellent hospitality & communication skills.
- Previous restaurant management experience is preferred.
- Able to anticipate and solve problems.
- Experience with cash handling safety procedures and closing is
a plus.
- Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift (up to 35.0
hours/week). Our Team Members are constantly moving to ensure
quality customer service for all our guests.
- Must be able to bend and reach overhead often, possess
dexterity to handle cooking equipment, and work in kitchen
temperatures ranging from hot to cold.
- Must be able to squat, lift, and push up to 50 lbs.The
