A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to join their Product & PMO Team.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment
Coach teams on agile principles and best practices, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement
Facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings and coordinate epic-level demos and reviews


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple software development teams
Certified Scrum Master certification or equivalent
Experience with agile methodologies such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum at Scale
Technical and telecom background preferred
