Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Attorney to join their
Corporate Legal Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including Master
Services Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements
Manage a high volume of caseload or deal flow effectively
Provide general corporate legal support, including matters related
to intellectual property and data privacy
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree
2+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house counsel
setting
Active bar license
