Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney - Junior/Midlevel

Compensation: $210,000.00 - $365,000.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Represent policyholders in commercial insurance coverage disputes across a variety of claims.
  
• Enforce and advocate for clients' rights under various commercial insurance policies.
  
• Develop litigation strategies and present cases effectively in court.
  
• Collaborate with law firm partners and team members on complex case analyses.
  
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft memos and briefs.
  
• Communicate with clients and provide updates and advisements on legal options.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and legal precedents relevant to insurance policyholder law.
  
  Minimum Position Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • JD from a top-tier law school.
    
  • Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction.
    
  • Minimum of two years of experience in insurance policyholder work, or one year of such experience combined with federal judicial clerkship experience.
    
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Experience working in an AmLaw 200 law firm or policyholder boutique highly preferred.
      
    • Strong litigation experience with a focus on insurance recovery for policyholders.
      
    • Proven track record of effectively handling complex litigations.
      
    • Familiarity with a broad range of commercial insurance policies and terms.
      
    • Experience interacting with high-profile clients and maintaining client relationships.
      
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
