Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Corporate and
M&A.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the M&A function and negotiate critical strategic
transactions
Manage risk by negotiating principal deal-related documents and
advising business leaders
Assist with corporate matters, including entity management and
corporate governance
Required Qualifications
7+ years of corporate and M&A experience at a law firm and
in-house corporate legal department
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of a US state bar
Expertise in the M&A process and understanding of tech industry
strategic risks
Strong business acumen with the ability to provide actionable legal
guidance
