Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster Team Lead responsible
for managing complex vendor relationships and overseeing claims
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees complex claims involved in appraisal, arbitration, or
mediation
Documents claim files with notes, evaluations, and decision-making
processes
Conducts targeted file examinations and calibrations with vendors
or staff
Required Qualifications
Must be located in CA, AZ, OR, WA, or NV
3 or more years of experience handling auto liability claims or
managing a team of adjusters
4-year Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with specialized claims such as business interruption
and loss of income
Supervisory experience is required
