Job Description:
Annual salary range: $235,000 - $310,000.We are looking to speak
with insurance M&A associate attorneys to join our client's
Insurance and Corporate practice in their Washington, D.C.
office.You will advise property/casualty and life insurance clients
on all aspects of their business. Your work will span formation and
licensing, acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings to
regulatory compliance, investigations and enforcement actions;
including matters in which clients face simultaneous actions in
multiple forums - state insurance departments, state attorneys
general, SEC and US Department of Justice.
