Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to
manage customer interactions and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls, process orders, and provide order status
updates to customers
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries
and issues
Research and address billing and pricing inquiries, ensuring timely
order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
One to two years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Outlook,
Word, and Excel
Experience in a monitored call environment with performance
metrics
Experience in a distribution company preferred
Emergency Medical or Hospital-related experience is a plus
