Job Description:
A company is looking for an Exception Processor to research,
review, and update insurance data in their computer system.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by researching loans and
making outbound calls to insurance agencies
Review and update insurance documents to ensure accuracy and
completeness
Disburse insurance premiums and maintain documentation according to
department policies
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of two years of data entry, customer service, or related
experience in mortgage, insurance, or banking
Basic understanding of insurance, mortgage escrow accounts, or
homeowner's insurance
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word and MS
Excel
Able to type 35 WPM accurately
