Job Description:
A company is looking for a New Market Implementation Lead to
drive the delivery of software solutions across its ecosystem for
mergers, acquisitions, and new state expansions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful delivery of
integrated software solutions
Manage continuous improvement initiatives within the IT
implementation process
Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation
strategies for IT implementation initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
required
Minimum of ten years of IT-related experience required
Minimum of five years of leadership experience required
Experience in a key role within SAFe Agile required
Familiarity with the healthcare payer industry, particularly
Medicaid and Medicare, preferred
