never in short supply.The Amwins Connect Development Program (CDP)
is designed to provide participants with comprehensive training and
development for aspiring regional sales managers in the insurance
industry. Team members will build advanced sales skills and product
& technical knowledge. They will be exposed to all elements of the
Amwins Connect Development program. We will focus on expanding both
the breadth and depth of participants' knowledge and understanding
of employee medical and ancillary benefits. This intensive
multi-year program provides the opportunity for associates to
develop the necessary skills and expertise to succeed in their
roles and develop their career within the industry.Amwins Connect
Development Program OverviewThe purpose of this program is to
develop and prepare new associates for future success as an Amwins
Connect Regional Sales Manager. CDP guides associates through an
intensive professional development program, in which they will
participate in self-study coursework, sales training, technical and
systems trainings, job shadowing, mentorship, and networking within
the industry.This position will be in-person in our offices with
the occasional travel to our regional offices for additional
training. Please see the office locations above.This position is
open to current residents of Washington, DC only. Pursuant to
District of Columbia regulation, the compensation range for this
position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually and includes eligibility for
performance-based bonuses.Upon graduation of the CDP program,
duties of the Regional Sales Manager role will include:
