Build rapport and trust with homeowners, understanding their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Client Consultation: Educate clients on our products, services, and the benefits of home remodelingSales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and offerings. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.Strong problem- solving skills and handling challenges with professionalism and tactEducation: High school diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, preferred.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
