Job Summary
Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. This role focuses on both individual sales to single-family units and sales to multiple dwelling units through relationships with property management. Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf.
Core Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Comcast products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by knocking on every door within assigned territory.
  
• Effectively communicates and develops rapport with customers, evaluating their existing and potential product needs and making recommendations.
  
• Possesses expert knowledge of selling reflective of the position's required relevant experience.
  
• Creates and executes turf management plans independently, utilizing experience-based sales techniques.
  
• Meets and exceeds sales goals as established by local market, independently organizing daily sales activities.
  
• Demonstrates a consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environments.
  
• Displays thorough understanding of video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  
• Illustrates strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases).
  
• Must meet the physical requirements of the job including the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door.
  
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.

      Compensation
      Base Pay: $36,400.00
      Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $80,400.00
      Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
