We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for seniors and their families.Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and organized Sales Associate Coordinator to facilitate a seamless transition for new residents into our community. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for working with seniors, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities as a Sales Associate Coordinator:

  • Resident Onboarding: Coordinate the move-in process for new residents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and preferences are accommodated.
  • Family Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents' families, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the move-in process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (care staff, maintenance, and activities) to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Community Tours: Conduct personalized tours for prospective residents and their families, highlighting the community's amenities and services.
  • Follow-Up: Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings with new residents and their families to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain a sales tracking system and manage creative follow-up campaigns for prospects.
  • Reporting: Assist with the completion and dissemination of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.Desired Characteristics as a Sales Associate Coordinator:

      • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
      • Prior experience in senior living, customer service, or healthcare coordination is a plus.
      • Proficiency in Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
